SHIPPING POLICY

Once you’ve placed your order, sit back and relax - Your GODMODE Beauty loot is loading.

Processing Time

We aim to pack and ship your order within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your items are on the move.

(Heads up: During new drops or restocks, processing may take a little longer. We promise it’s worth the wait.)

 

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We currently offer Standard Shipping on all orders to the United States and United Kingdom. We will be unlocking GODMODE in other countries soon.

UNITED STATES

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–9 business days, depending on your location.

UNITED KINGDOM

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days, depending on your location.

You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships so you can follow it every step of the journey.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping option.

We offer free standard shipping on orders above $50 in the United States; and above £50 in the United Kingdom.


Customs & Import Taxes

You may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes. These charges are set by your local government and aren’t included in our product or shipping prices.

You’ll be responsible for any applicable fees upon delivery — we don’t control these costs, and they can vary depending on your location and order value.

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure about what to expect. We know — taxes aren’t as fun as make up, but we want to keep you informed so there are no surprises!

RETURN POLICY

We hope that you love your GODMODE Beauty loot, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. 

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Whether it’s a change of heart or your order arrived with an issue, we’ll guide you through the process.

Please reach out to us at service@godmodebeauty.com with:

  • Your Full Name
  • Your Shipping Address
  • Your Order Number (check your confirmation email)

We'll get back to you within 1-3 days with next steps and return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

In some cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We’ll always let you know upfront if that's the case.

If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping for you.

What can be returned?
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • We can’t accept returns on final sale items


Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you’d like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and rejecting the original delivery. Once the package is returned to us, we’ll process your refund as usual.

What happens next?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
