What is the Alliance rewards and Gems program?

It’s the GODMODE loyalty program that lets you earn gems when you interact with the GODMODE universe: purchases, uploading of Lore Cards, ad- hoc social and IRL challenges all earn gems. You will level up through tiers unlocking perks exclusive to that level. Gems can be redeemed against discount codes, unlocking products.

Who can join the Alliance?

Any Player with a profile on the GODMODE website can join the Alliance. Sign up on our website to join the Alliance.

Is there a fee to join?

No, joining the Alliance is completely free. Any involvement with the Alliance does not involve wagering, betting, or gambling.

How do I earn gems?

Gems can be earned by interacting with the GODMODE universe, such as:

  • Making purchases 
  • Participating in challenges 
  • Writing product reviews
  • Referring friends

How long does it take for gems to appear in my account?

Gems usually appear within 5- 7 business days after your order is confirmed or your activity is verified.

How can I redeem my gems?

Gems can be redeemed for discount codes to be used against product on the GOMODE website, found on the Alliance landing page.

Is there a minimum number of gems needed to redeem and how does this work?

Yes, the minimum redemption amount is 500, you can exchange gems for a discount code. The entire value of the discount code must be used at the time of purchase.

How can I check my gems balance?

Log in to your account and visit the Alliance page to see your current gems balance and history.

I didn’t receive gems for my purchase/ completion of a challenge. What should I do?

Gems are usually credited within 5-7 business days. If they don’t appear, contact our team for support service@godmode.com

Can I transfer gems to another account?

Gems are non-transferable and can only be used by the account linked to the alliance member that earned them.

Are there any restrictions on using gems?

Gems cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be used on certain products or during specific promotions.

What happens to my gems if I return an item?

Gems earned from returned purchases will be deducted from your balance.

Are there bonus challenges to earn gems?

Yes, there will be challenges where you can earn extra gems for various interactions with the GODMODE universe on social and IRL- follow us and keep an eye on our social channels for updates.
