GODMODE Alliance – Program Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The GODMODE Alliance is a promotional loyalty and community engagement program operated by GODMODE.

Members may earn GEMS (promotional loyalty points) by engaging with GODMODE through activities such as purchases, reviews, referrals, participation in challenges, and other brand interactions.

Earned GEMS contribute to a member’s Alliance level progression and may be redeemed for eligible rewards made available through the Alliance program.

The Alliance is intended to create an interactive community experience.

The program is promotional in nature and:

  • does not involve wagering, betting, or gambling

  • does not constitute a financial product, payment service, or stored value program

 

 

2. Eligibility

Participation in the Alliance is limited to individuals who are at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required by applicable law in their jurisdiction if higher.

By participating in the Alliance you represent that:

  • you meet the applicable age requirement; and

  • the information you provide to GODMODE is accurate

If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate.

GODMODE reserves the right to verify eligibility or age and may restrict participation in certain jurisdictions where required by law.

 

 

3. Joining the Alliance

Membership in the Alliance is free.

Customers who create a GODMODE account may automatically be enrolled in the Alliance program unless they choose to opt out where such option is provided.

Participation in the Alliance is voluntary and subject to:

  • these Terms

  • the GODMODE Terms of Use

  • the GODMODE Privacy Policy

GODMODE may send service-related communications regarding Alliance participation, including messages about GEMS, rewards, account activity, or program updates. Promotional communications will be sent in accordance with applicable marketing consent laws.

 

 

4. Earning GEMS

Members may earn GEMS through engagement activities made available by GODMODE, including but not limited to:

  • purchasing GODMODE products

  • writing product reviews

  • referring friends

  • participating in seasonal challenges or quests

  • attending events or participating in community activities

  • other promotional opportunities offered from time to time

Where purchases qualify for GEMS, points are typically awarded based on the amount paid after discounts, excluding taxes, shipping, and other fees unless otherwise stated.

GEMS are generally credited to a member’s account within 5–7 business days after the qualifying activity is confirmed.

If a qualifying transaction is cancelled, refunded, returned, or determined to be fraudulent, any associated GEMS may be deducted from the member’s account.

GODMODE reserves the right to verify activities before awarding GEMS.

 

 

5. GEMS and Alliance Levels

GEMS contribute to a member’s Alliance level progression.

As members accumulate GEMS, they may progress through Alliance tiers that unlock additional benefits such as:

  • increased GEMS multipliers

  • exclusive access or perks

  • invitations to community feedback opportunities

  • access to limited releases or offers

Alliance levels and benefits are promotional features and do not create any vested rights or guaranteed benefits.

GODMODE may update the structure of levels, thresholds, and benefits periodically.

 

 

6. Redemption of GEMS

GEMS can be redeemed through the GODMODE Alliance page https://godmodebeauty.com/pages/alliance

Rewards currently consist of promotional discount codes and similar benefits that may be applied to purchases on the GODMODE website.

Your GEMS balance and the number of GEMS required to redeem a reward can be found on the GODMODE Alliance page.

GODMODE reserves the right to modify available rewards, introduce new reward types, or withdraw rewards at any time.

 

 

7. Nature of GEMS

GEMS are promotional loyalty points issued by GODMODE for engagement purposes only.

They:

  • have no cash value

  • cannot be redeemed for cash

  • cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged

  • do not constitute property, electronic money, or stored monetary value

GODMODE may modify, revoke, or discontinue GEMS or the Alliance program at its discretion.

 

 

8. Tier Status and Activity

The Alliance operates on an activity-based progression model.

GEMS do not expire.

However, Alliance tier status is based on continued engagement. If a member does not interact with the Alliance or earn GEMS within a rolling 12-month period, their tier status may be adjusted or reset to the next eligible tier.

GODMODE may update how tier status is assessed and will provide reasonable notice where practicable.

 

 

9. Challenges, Mystery Rewards and Promotional Activities

From time to time, GODMODE may offer optional challenges, quests, competitions, or promotional activities through the Alliance (together, “Promotions”). Participation in Promotions is voluntary and, unless expressly stated otherwise, does not require any purchase or payment.

Some rewards or digital items may include mystery or collectible elements (for example, packs containing one of several possible items). These features are provided for promotional and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute gambling, wagering, or any form of game of chance involving payment or consideration.

Where a Promotion involves the allocation of rewards to selected participants, recipients will be determined based on objective or skill-based criteria (such as creativity, quality, merit, or successful completion of specified requirements), and not by random selection, lottery, or chance.

GODMODE may also offer Promotions where all eligible participants who meet the stated criteria receive rewards, subject to availability and any clearly disclosed limits.

Each Promotion may be subject to additional specific terms and conditions, including eligibility requirements, entry criteria, deadlines, and reward details. In the event of any conflict between this clause and the specific terms of a Promotion, the Promotion-specific terms will prevail.

GODMODE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time where reasonably necessary, including to ensure compliance with applicable laws, prevent abuse, or address technical or operational issues.

 

 

10. Referrals

Members may receive referral links or codes that allow them to invite friends to discover GODMODE.

Members agree to only share referral invitations with individuals who have consented or would reasonably expect to receive such invitations.

GODMODE will only use contact details provided for referral purposes to send the invitation and will not retain such information for marketing unless the recipient independently engages.

 

 

11. User Content and Community Participation

Members may create reviews, posts, images, or other content relating to GODMODE products or Alliance participation.

By submitting such content, you grant GODMODE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, publish, and share that content for promotional purposes.

You represent that you have the right to share such content.

Participation does not create any entitlement to additional compensation.

 

 

12. Promotional Disclosure

Members who promote GODMODE products or referral links must clearly disclose their relationship with GODMODE where required by applicable laws or platform rules.

 

 

13. Platform Responsibility

Participation in the Alliance may involve sharing content on third-party platforms.

Members are responsible for complying with the terms, policies, and guidelines of those platforms.

GODMODE is not responsible for the actions or decisions of third-party platforms, including content removal or account restrictions.

 

 

14. Prohibited Conduct

Members may not:

  • create multiple accounts

  • manipulate the system

  • submit false referrals

  • use bots or automation

  • engage in fraud

GODMODE reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation where it reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

 

 

15. Program Changes

GODMODE may modify or discontinue the Alliance program where reasonably necessary.

Participation does not create any vested right in GEMS, rewards, or benefits.

 

 

16. Account Termination

If a member’s account is closed, any unused GEMS or benefits may be forfeited.

 

 

17. Technical Issues

GODMODE is not responsible for technical errors affecting GEMS or rewards.
