GODMODE LAUNCH GIFT BOX PRIZE DRAW/SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

1 The Promoter/Sponsor

 The Promoter/Sponsor of this Prize Draw/Sweepstakes is GODMODE INC (a company registered in Delaware whose registered office is at 874 Walker Road Suite C, City Of Dover, County of Kent, State Of Delaware, 19904 (“Promoter/Sponsor” or “We”).

The title of the free Prize Draw/Sweepstakes is: LAUNCH GIFT BOX (“Prize Draw/Sweepstakes”).

2.1

The Prizes are: A limited edition press / influencer box, with the Genesis Glow all over highlighter and key chain holder (“Prize”). Approximate Retail Value is £150 / $170.

2.2

These are the terms and conditions that will apply to your entry to the Prize Draw/Sweepstakes. Please read them carefully before you enter the Prize Draw/Sweepstakes. By entering the Prize Draw/Sweepstakes, you confirm your acceptance of these terms. A copy of these terms shall be available at www.godmodebeauty.com/pages/launch-gift-box-terms-conditions the duration of the Prize Draw/Sweepstakes.

The Promoter/Sponsor reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw/Sweepstakes (including these terms) where it becomes necessary to do so. Any such changes will be communicated via the Promoter/Sponsor’s website, and we will ensure participants are not unfairly disadvantaged.

2.4

The Promoter/Sponsor reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms.

Eligibility

The Prize Draw/Sweepstakes is open to all residents in the UK and residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia aged 18 years or over, except:

3.1

• employees of the Promoter/Sponsor or its holding or subsidiary companies.
• employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter/Sponsor or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Prize Draw/Sweepstakes or its administration; or
• members of the immediate families (spouse, or parent, child, sibling or any of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether or not related) above.

3.2 In entering the Prize Draw/Sweepstakes, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. The Promoter/Sponsor may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw/Sweepstakes and may disqualify you if you are unable to provide such proof on request.

3.3 The Promoter/Sponsor may also disqualify any entrant from the Prize Draw/Sweepstakes that does not comply with these terms and specifically, who enters (or is suspected to enter) the Prize Draw/Sweepstakes fraudulently or dishonestly including (but not limited to), through the manipulation of codes, multiple computer-generated entries or entries that have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with.

4 How to enter

4.1 The Prize Draw/Sweepstakes is free to enter and no purchase is necessary

4.2 The opening date for entries is 09:00am Eastern Time (“ET”) on 5th June 2025 (“Opening Date”). The closing date of the Prize Draw/Sweepstakes is 18:00pm ET on 30^th June 2025 (“Closing Date”).

4.4 All Prize Draw/Sweepstakes entries must be received by the Promoter/Sponsor by the Closing Date. All Prize Draw/Sweepstakes entries submitted before the Opening Date and after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified and will not be counted.

4.5 All entries must be submitted via @GODMODEBEAUTY INSTAGRAM. If you do not have an Instagram account, establishing one is free.  You can unfollow @GODEMODEBEAUTY any time after the winner has been announced.

4.6 There are no entry limits on entry for this Prize Draw/Sweepstakes. Entries in excess of the stated limitation (if any) will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void.

6 The Prize

6.2 Each Prize is subject to availability.

6.3 The Promoter/Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of it)  [it OR them]) with an alternative prize of an equal or greater monetary value if circumstances beyond the Promoter/Sponsor's control makes it necessary to do so.

6.4 Each Prize is not negotiable or transferable, and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash by winner.

6.5 Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor.

6.6 Any winner who is a U.S. resident will be responsible for all federal, state and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the Prize.

6.7 A winner is responsible for all costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided.

6.8 Prize details are at Promoter’s/Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6.9 Limit one (1) Prize per person.

7 How the winners are chosen

7.1 The potential winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process OR supervised by an independent person on 1^st July 2025. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7.2 The decision of the Promoter/Sponsor OR the independent judges nominated by the Promoter/Sponsor is final (including any decision not covered by these terms) and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

8 The winners

8.1 The potential winners will be notified by email or DM (using details provided at entry) before 5^th July 2025 and must provide a postal address to claim the Prize.

8.2 The Promoter/Sponsor will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner[s]. If the winner[s] cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their Prize within 5 days of being notified by the Promoter/Sponsor, then the winner's Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter/Sponsor will be entitled to select the next eligible entrant (selected from the remaining eligible  entries that were received before the Closing Date) in accordance with the process described above.

8.3 The Promoter/Sponsor must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter/Sponsor will send the surname and country of major Prize winner[s] and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails Community@godmodebeauty.com within one month after the Closing Date.

8.4 If you object to any or all of your surname, country and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter/Sponsor Bella Robinson, bella@godmodebeauty.com In such circumstances, the Promoter/Sponsor must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

9 Claiming the Prizes

9.1 To claim the Prize, winner must Reply to the DM on Instagram with their full name, Email, Delivery address and phone number

9.2 Please allow 14 days days for delivery of the Prize OR if you are the winner of the Prize, you will have 5 days of days from the Announcement Date to claim the Prize by following the procedure set out above. If you do not claim the Prize by this date, your claim will become invalid.

Personal data supplied during the course of this Prize Draw/Sweepstakes will only be processed as set out in the Promoter/Sponsor's Privacy Policy www.godmodebeauty.com/pages/privacy-policy.

11 Our liability to you

Unless caused by negligence, entrants, by participating, agree that Promoter/Sponsor and Meta Platforms (dba Instagram) and anyone working for them (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the Prize or participation in this Prize Draw/Sweepstakes.

The Released Parties shall not be responsible to compensate the winner for any loss, damage, injury or death that happens as a result of taking up the Prize—unless it was caused by their negligence.

Unless caused by negligence, the Released Parties are not responsible for errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Prize Draw/Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Prize Draw/Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the Prize(s), or in any Prize Draw/Sweepstakes-related materials.

This does not affect your legal rights.

12 Resolving disputes with us

12.1 You have several options for resolving disputes with us:

• Contact us. or email us at Community@godmodebeauty.com and we will do our best to resolve any problems you have.
• You can go to court: These terms and this promotion are governed by English law andwherever you live you can bring claims against us in the English courts. If you live in Wales,Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of thecountry you live in. We can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in.
• Local laws still apply: As a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions ofthe law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these terms, including thisclause, affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of locallaw.
